The Process

  • Get in Touch

    1. So you interested in doing a fundraiser collab through our website! The first step is to contact us. You can do so by emailing info@thegrowingmuslim.com or DM'ing us on Instagram.

    2. After you send us a message we'll send you a link to set up a meeting time. This is where we'll cover the full process as well as all details including pricing.

    3. If you chose to work with us, you will be given a form to fill out. Once it's filled out with the artwork and/or if you work with our artists to get the artwork made the next steps begin!

    IMPORTANT: (At this stage the form will also ask if you would like samples to shoot marketing content with. In the event this is the case, this takes an extra 1-2 weeks to deliver. Only after delivery does the next step start)

  • Prepping for Pre-Sale (1 week)

    1. Once we have that form from you it takes us one week to set up your website and prepare for pre-sale. If you selected to receive samples then this one week set up happens after you receive your samples.

    2. After the site is live we go to the next stage!

  • Pre-Sale (approx 2 weeks)

    1. You're now in the Pre-Sale stage! At this point sit back and relax as the orders come in. (JK you should really be marketing HAHA). But during this period it's all about getting the word out there.

  • Distribution (1-2 weeks)

    1. Once our Pre-Sale ends distribution starts. All the packages will be shipped out to all customers within 1-2 weeks of closing the pre-sale.

    2. Once all packages are shipped the order is complete and you will be sent the money that your fundraiser raised and the portion that is meant to be donated will be donated!
